Meet Erica.
Erica is a conventional & integrative medical provider turned breathwork facilitator in Cincinnati, OH and online with over 16 years of experience in medicine, nervous system regulation, and integrative and functional health. Her work bridges science and intuition, honoring both the body’s physiology and its innate wisdom.
Her approach to breathwork isn’t about forcing change, but rather creating the conditions for the body to soften, release, and recalibrate. When the nervous system feels safe, the body remembers how to heal, regulate, and return to clarity on its own. It’s inner liberation.
Erica is known for creating calm, grounded, deeply supportive spaces where people feel held and often leave saying, “That was incredible,” even when they can’t fully explain why. She guides those navigating stress, burnout, life transition and spiritual awakening back onto the next phase of their journey and highest timeline.

Group breathwork is the entry point into the Anooway experience. This is where the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and the body begins to release what it’s been holding. These sessions are designed to help you come out of stress, overwhelm, or disconnection and back into a sense of grounded presence.
You don’t need prior experience, just a willingness to breathe and be with yourself. Many people leave their first session feeling lighter, clearer, and surprised by how deeply supported they felt.

After your first breathwork experience, it’s common to feel open, reflective, or more aware and also to wonder how to carry that feeling into daily life. What’s next?
This is where you commit to a regular breathwork practice - either in the studio or virtually via subscription or any other breathwork modality that speaks to you.
Bring it into your life.
This step is necessary to allow your body to surrender and soften further. Regular sessions are always recommended because each one will bring different sensations, insights and self-trust.
Many people find this phase essential before moving into more transformative identity-based practices.

Awaken Your Inner Knowing is a multi-week experiential course for those ready to go deeper to not just practicing breathwork, but embodying it in real life. This is where intuition becomes lived, awareness becomes integrated, and your inner guidance begins to lead more naturally.
Through breathwork, intuitive practices, and experiential development, this course supports a shift in how you relate to yourself, your body, and your inner knowing. It’s designed for people who have already experienced breathwork and feel called to explore what’s next in a safe, welcoming and supportive container.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering how to listen inward and live from that place.
This is a system for making aligned decisions without second-guessing yourself.
You’ll know when it’s a “YES” and “NO” or a “NOT NOW”.
